Our Returns Policy
Important note
Before returning your items, please email us at info@piecesofeightrecords.com to obtain your returns reference number.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER.
Our 7-day returns guarantee*
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your items purchased, you can return them to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date you received the items, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Any postage or courier charges incurred in making such returns will be at your cost unless the items are damaged, faulty or sent in error.
*You are not able to cancel any purchase of Downloads after you have confirmed payment. Downloads may not be returned for any reason unless they are defective. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a defective file, please contact us. Where this is due to a defect that is our fault, we will replace or refund the Download.
After the 7-days are up
After this 7-day period, we will only accept returns of items in the following circumstances:
If the items were found to be damaged or faulty: We will give you a full refund or replace the items when we receive the items back from you.
If the items were incorrectly supplied by us: We will issue a full refund when we receive the items back from you.
Packaging and returning the items
You are responsible for packaging the returning the items to us. Any return items should be sent to:

You should allow 14 days for returns to be processed. We will only refund postage of damaged and faulty items if we are satisfied that you used the most economical method of return.
Damage
If any items are damaged other than through our fault, we will not accept the return or make a refund. We will, of course, notify you in this circumstance and then you will be responsible for collecting the rejected items. If you haven't collected your items within 30 days of us notifying you, we will dispose of the items (and will not be liable for this).

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
